![]() ![]() This new lifestyle is something that needs to be followed every day for a lifetime. ![]() You'll want to do it carefully and with technique. There is no rush in adapting to a new lifestyle. Both are very simple so focus on learning execution and consistency. For diet, count your calories and make sure you eat maintenance calories while getting at least 50 g of protein daily. The focus should be to learn proper lifting form on as many exercises as you can. ![]() Beginners should follow a simple PPL routine in a gym. If you almost bought a VShred program you're most likely a beginner. Absorb as much info as you can and most of it is pretty interesting. Do yourself a favor and arm yourself with knowledge before buying a program. There's an unfortunate circumstance that leads to this kind of predatory advertising and sales. A diet and workout program is not a difficult thing to do on your own. Heck, I would rather spend money on a nice new blender or supplements. Your money is much better spent on a nice yoga mat or a gym membership. VShred was found to target his advertising to people who lack fitness knowledge. I hope my experience with this product helps you and others make a sound decision. The reviews of his programs are very low. The key to it is consistency, determination and to follow the program through as closely as possible. I would recommend Vshred “Ripped in 90” program to anyone. I am actually trying to decide if I should restart the “Ripped in 90” from the halfway mark without missing a beat this time around or just moving to the “Clean Bulk” program. I also often missed the ab portion of the workout due to time constraints, or my body being tired by time the ab portion. My goal is to get to 15 but I know this will take more time and effort. My body fat now teeters between 21 and 20 percent. Once I started taking the Gainful my results really kicked in.Ĭonclusion : I hit my goal of 162 lbs weight wise. I did not use the vshred supplements but I did couple it with Gainful protein powder and pre-workout mix. I would do as much as I could of the workout until my body was ready to complete them (about a week for me). Stick with it even if you cannot complete the workout. I will say it is hard to start and the first few workouts are painful afterwards but that is to be expected. If you commit to this program you will see results. I also believe I would have had better results if I could do the program without missing days and picking back up due to my personal health. I have seen definite results packing on muscle in every muscle group and pretty evenly. It took more than 90 days for me to finish but that is due to travel and sick days. If I have seen results I’m sure others can as well. I use to have a blood disease did the cure but still have damage and pain of which I contend with daily. The amount of calories you intake is very important to maintaining or shifting your weight. I am vegan and did not follow the meal plan but did follow the suggested daily caloric intake. I am 40 but was 39 when I started the program. I started at 175 lbs I’m 5 feet 9 inches. I am very happy that I did!Ī little about my starting place. It took sometime to get into the groove but I was determined to stick with it. However, I did not start the Gym “Ripped in 90” program until mid summer of 2022, so around July. I purchased Vshred “Ripped in 90 days” program in August of 2020. I’ll get back to you in the not too distant future and let you know. I’m starting today with my own v shred routine. And still, their customer service seems to be pretty awesome and accommodating. Sounds to me like v shred may work just as well as any other workout/diet program, but people suck at using their website or have buyers remorse when they give up on day 6 or something like it. And v shred service had responded to over 90% of the issues with an apology, records of sale and a full refund. Nearly every complaint was a person who didn’t know how to internet and bought something they didn’t want or regretted after. That’s weird I thought so I kept reading. So then I went to the BBB website to check them out. And every bad thing about the company in the video seems to be from the point of view of competitors. However, it also says that nothing in v shred is based on science and then, proceed to provide no refuting evidence based on science. The video basically says that v shred is a marketing company not intent on helping but making money, and sometimes hurting people. After watching the video linked above, I got scared and started digging deeper into the company. First off, I just purchased the basic $57 90 day shred package and nothing else. ![]()
